M&M Project Inspection Inc. offers a full range of construction inspection services for school & hospital public works projects. These services include:

• Preliminary work, conduct inspections of the existing site conditions
• Study and fully comprehend requirements of the construction documents, including review of submittals, ASI’s, RFI’s and Change Orders
• Identification, documentation and reporting of deviations in the construction from the requirements of the approved construction documents
• Participate in Pre-Bid Inspections, pre-construction, coordination and pre-construction meetings, to help clarify, confirm the understanding of the contract documents.
• Provide specific code-prescribed notices, DSA Verified Reports, OSHPD Verified Compliance Reports and to the responsible design professionals, DSA SE and/or OSHPD ACO,DSE, FLSO, school district or hospital representatives, architect, consultant engineers and contractor
• Effectively interface, communicate and collaborate with all project team members and regulatory agencies
• Schedule, coordinate and monitoring the Materials Testing & Special Inspectors per DSA -103 and OSHPD TIO Program
• Validate and report on the quality of the work done by the contractor in Daily Reports, Semi-Monthly and Weekly Observation Reports.
• Inspection requests – Maintain, track, coordinate, provide and update log
• Maintenance of approved construction documents, including correspondence, meeting minutes, ASI, RFI’s,PCO/CO’s, IB’s, tests/inspections, deviation reports, logs at the job site and on our own FTP server for digital storage.
• Digital camera documentation of construction progress
• Review, verify and approve monthly applications for payment as requested by the client
• Maintain “working set” of drawing posting latest contract document changes. Review “As Built” drawings Assist with close-out document preparation
