Served with the California Department of General Services DSA, OSA, RESD as a CSII, Construction Supervisor/Inspector for 18 years on Institutional, Essential Service facilities, including a 24 story State office building, CDCR Correctional, CHP facilities, Skilled Nursing and numerous hospital facilities. M&M Project Inspection, Inc. was started in 2003 and is a Certified Small Business Company. We have inspected over $346 million of school construction. This has includes a new Community College Student Services, Culinary Kichen, dining hall complex; a new high school complex, with the state of the art geothermal HVAC system, stadium complex, one of the first northern California “CHPS” Certified high schools; a new community college campus, science labs, classrooms, offices, central utility plant; student service building, two story modular classrooms, solar photovoltaic canopy/parking carports, PV panel ground arrays systems; elementary school, high school and theater modernizations.
