We are a full service DSA School and OSHPD Hospital inspection &Project Management firm. Our approach is to perform the required project inspections, in a professional, proactive and organized manner; provide the necessary notifications, reporting and documentation; verify that construction work is performed in compliance with approved documents; facilitate a smooth, certified project completion/close-out. Our intent is to work close with the project representatives to deliver a facility that is of the highest quality and provides a safe environment for its occupants. Our experiences have been that open communications and teamwork with the client, architect, contractor and agency representatives, are key in the delivery of a successful project. No matter the size or scope of the project, we perform our duties with the same integrity professionalism, and dedication. We are diligent in enforcing conformance with plans and specifications. We do our best to keep ahead of work being performed, anticipating the required inspections that might tend to interfere with the progress of the construction.
