These services include:<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mmprojectinspection.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/img_services.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"img_services\" width=\"212\" height=\"234\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-36\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preliminary work, conduct inspections of the existing site conditions<\/li>\n<li>Study and fully comprehend requirements of the construction documents, including review of submittals, ASI\u2019s, RFI\u2019s and Change Orders<\/li>\n<li>Identification, documentation and reporting of deviations in the construction from the requirements of the approved construction documents<\/li>\n<li>Participate in Pre-Bid Inspections, pre-construction, coordination and pre-construction meetings, to help clarify, confirm the understanding of the contract documents.<\/li>\n<li>Provide specific code-prescribed notices, DSA Verified Reports, OSHPD Verified Compliance Reports and to the responsible design professionals, DSA  SE and\/or OSHPD  ACO,DSE, FLSO, school district or hospital representatives, architect, consultant engineers and contractor<\/li>\n<li>Effectively interface, communicate and collaborate with all project team members and regulatory agencies<\/li>\n<li>Schedule, coordinate and monitoring the Materials Testing &amp; Special Inspectors per DSA -103 and OSHPD TIO Program<\/li>\n<li>Validate and report on the quality of the work done by the contractor in Daily Reports, Semi-Monthly and Weekly Observation Reports.<\/li>\n<li>Inspection requests &#8211; Maintain, track, coordinate, provide and update log<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance of approved construction documents, including correspondence, meeting minutes, ASI, RFI\u2019s,PCO\/CO\u2019s, IB\u2019s, tests\/inspections, deviation reports, logs at the job site and on our own FTP server for digital storage.<\/li>\n<li>Digital camera documentation of construction progress<\/li>\n<li>Review, verify and approve monthly applications for payment as requested by the client<\/li>\n<li>Maintain \u201cworking set\u201d of drawing posting latest contract document changes.
